After graduating from Hampton University and later earning her MBA from the Wharton School, she worked across banking, strategy, venture capital, market research, and investment ecosystems.
Her work following Hurricane Katrina became a defining turning point.
While supporting rebuilding and strategic development efforts across New Orleans and the Gulf Coast,
deeper questions began to emerge around inherited inequality, systems, participation, ownership, faith, legacy, and the long arc of wealth creation in America.
That journey ultimately led her to seminary, doctoral work, and the creation of the NarrowRoad™ framework.
