How far down the road to wealth are you looking?
It's time to get clear what wealth is for you.

Take a Journey of 3 Steps to clarify your relationship with money and define wealth for yourself.
Throughout my research journey I found four roadblocks along the African-American journey to wealth as legacy
Trust • Capital • Leadership • Accountability
What lies underneath these 4 roadblocks are inherited opportunities to get strategic about what wealth really is for you, your family, your community and your legacy.
After years of research, I developed a framework that will help you navigate the road to wealth your way.

INTRODUCING....
Journey One
Casting Your Wealth Vision
Beginning soon

What if wealth were a model and all you had to do was pick one?
In Journey One along the NarrowRoad™, you will discover why wealth is a matter of perspective — yours.
The first two eyes that have to see the journey to wealth clearly are yours. In Journey One, Casting Vision, we explore aspects of wealth that most miss when looking for definitions of wealth outside of their own. Along the NarrowRoad™ "seeing is believing"; your clarity is key to successfully navigating the road to wealth in your lifetime.
WHAT'S INCLUDED in Journey One?

Hello, there! I am Dr. Pamela Jolly.
I am an established black wealth strategist with 20 years of experience in financial services, strategic management, change management, marketing research, theology and community and economic development. 17 years ago, I began a journey to identify ways to elevate the standard of business in our community to wealth that could be passed on for generations. Along this journey, I learned how to integrate my corporate and entrepreneurial experiences to establish a proven method to bridge the gap between legacy and wealth in our community.
The NarrowRoad™ connects the enterprising interests of large corporations, philanthropy, and government with minority business enterprises (MBE's), black wealth builders, and their communities inviting all to share in the journey of narrowing the wealth gap.
My experience gained from working in over 90 cities across the country allowed me to develop a unique way of teaching and guiding individuals, groups, businesses, and communities using this NarrowRoad™ Method. As a result, I now guide cohorts of wealth builders of all levels to see the business picture they are posing for to better navigate their road to wealth their way. The NarrowRoad™ contains four connecting journeys totaling 12 steps, all designed to elevate the standard of the "Business of you" and the "Business of us." I am proud to say the NarrowRoad™ is also SHRM certified, providing opportunities for continuing education credits.
Post emancipation, it was education that was the one driving outcome for former enslaved Africans of all generations to define their road to freedom. Together our ancestors pooled their time, capital, and commitment to pursuing opportunities to learn of the ways and means connected to our hopes and dreams. Learning together, we created, built, grew, and expanded great things across generations. The journey continues, and with it comes an inherited opportunity to address areas of our business and financial acumen that require "finishing" to accelerate our progress. I invite you to join the cohort alumni groups already on the NarrowRoad to pick up the torch of our past and light a path towards wealth as a legacy.
I remain grateful to be on this jolly journey, and I look forward to expanding the reach of the impact of The NarrowRoad™ within the Wealth Finishing School prayerfully with you.
Many programs teach you what to do, which is extremely important. Each journey along the NarrowRoad™ teaches you how to do it your way.
After 17 years of researching, teaching, and guiding black wealth builders along the NarrowRoad™, members of my cohorts have increased their savings, bought homes and businesses, started and sold businesses, increased income, inherited wealth, and made plans to transfer wealth to the next generation.
The NarrowRoad™ has changed the lives of many black men, women, faith leaders, business owners and young professionals
I have designed this series of 4 Journeys, especially for black wealth builders, to help us master 5 key steps to building wealth their way without having to wander in the financial wilderness trying to figure pathways to wealth on their own.
Here's what wealth builders on the NarrowRoad™ Journey have to say...
